Easter 2008

Happy Easter.  Here are the kids opening their baskets from the Easter bunny.  Well, Broderick did have to help Jaycee seeing as how she can't open her open basket yet.  They got some cute stuff.  His favorite by far was the Star Wars III movie, and hers well, I am not sure, since she can't really say yet.  The sad part is that I did have them dressed in Easter outfits, but missed the opportunity to get their pictures in them.  She had her dress on for a little bit, but since it was so cold, it didn't last long.  We had a nice day.  The in-laws came over and we had a really nice Easter dinner.  Ham, cheesy potatoes, hot rolls, steamed broccoli, corn casserole, cottage cheese, and for dessert, we had coconut cream pie, and lemon meringue pie.  It was so yummy!  After we ate, my sister Stacy and her family came over, my youngest sister Karlee and her dad, and Hannah (Sye's girlfriend) and their daughter Haven, and Hannah's younger 3 siblings for an Easter egg hunt outside.  The kids had a great time!

This is our story. It is not fancy, or unique, or different from any other household really, but this is our way of doing this thing we call life.
